TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation & Booking

  • All bookings must be confirmed with valid guest details and advance payment.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or invalid bookings.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice during peak seasons or special events.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 10:30 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability 
  • A valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be settled at check-in or check-out depending on booking type.
  • Additional charges such as meals, room service, laundry, extra bed, or damages must be cleared at check-out.
  • Accepted payment modes: Cash / UPI / Credit & Debit Cards.

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations, if applicable, will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • Refunds, if applicable, may take 7–10 business days to process.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully and responsibly within the property.
  • Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Management may request guests to vacate the property without refund in case of misconduct.

6. Property Care & Damage

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and hotel property.
  • Any loss, damage, or breakage will be chargeable as per hotel’s discretion.
  • Removing hotel items (towels, decor, linens, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

7. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed in the common/lobby areas only.
  • Entry of visitors into guest rooms is restricted unless approved by management.

8. Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms; a penalty applies for violations.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside the room.
  • The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly forbidden.

9. Safety & Security

  • Guests must take care of their personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.
  • CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for safety.

10. Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed 

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control.

12. Liability Disclaimer

  • Le Fort Jaipur is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur due to guest negligence or misuse of facilities.
  • Use of hotel amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

13. Website & Online Booking Terms

  • All information displayed on the website is for guidance; errors and omissions may occur.
  • By confirming a booking, guests agree to the hotel’s policies and terms.

14. Rights of Admission Reserved

  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any guest who violates hotel rules or fails to comply with policies.
