1. Check-in & Identification
- Standard check-in begins at 1:00 PM; early check-in depends on availability.
- All guests must present valid government ID at the time of arrival.

- Avoid loud conversations, music, or disturbances in corridors.
- Parties or gatherings inside rooms are not allowed.
8. Security & Personal Belongings
- Ensure your door is locked at all times.
- Do not leave valuables unattended; use lockers if provided.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guests’ personal items.
9. Damage & Repairs
- Any breakage, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
- Repair or replacement charges may apply for damaged items.
- Writing on walls, furniture, or linens is strictly prohibited.
10. Linen, Towels & Amenities
- Complimentary toiletries are replenished upon request.
- Towels are meant for personal use only, not for cleaning shoes or makeup.
- Removing hotel property (towels, pillows, decor items) is not allowed.

- Kindly avoid activities that cause strong odour inside the room (smoking, incense sticks, etc.).
