ROOM GUIDELINES

1. Check-in & Identification

  • Standard check-in begins at 1:00 PM; early check-in depends on availability.
  • All guests must present valid government ID at the time of arrival.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Check-out Rules

  • Check-out time is 10:30 AM; late check-out is subject to extra fees.
  • Please return room keys/cards to reception before leaving.

3. Room Occupancy

  • Each room has a fixed maximum occupancy as per category.
  • Extra guests or visitors staying overnight will incur additional charges.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay.

4. Cleanliness & Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is available upon request.
  • Please place “Make My Room / Do Not Disturb” tags outside your door accordingly.
  • Stains on linens or misuse of property items may be chargeable.

5. Electric Appliances & Safety

  • Do not iron clothes on the bed—use the ironing board provided (if applicable).
  • Please switch off lights, fans, and AC when leaving the room.
  • Using personal heating/cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.

6. Food & Beverage Guidelines

  • Outside food deliveries may be restricted during certain hours.
  • Please avoid eating heavily coloured foods on the bedding to prevent stains.
  • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly inside your room only.

7. Noise & Behaviour

  • Maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Avoid loud conversations, music, or disturbances in corridors.
  • Parties or gatherings inside rooms are not allowed.

8. Security & Personal Belongings

  • Ensure your door is locked at all times.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended; use lockers if provided.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guests’ personal items.

9. Damage & Repairs

  • Any breakage, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
  • Repair or replacement charges may apply for damaged items.
  • Writing on walls, furniture, or linens is strictly prohibited.

10. Linen, Towels & Amenities

  • Complimentary toiletries are replenished upon request.
  • Towels are meant for personal use only, not for cleaning shoes or makeup.
  • Removing hotel property (towels, pillows, decor items) is not allowed.

11. Smoking & Odour

  • Smoking inside rooms is not permitted; a fine may apply.
  • Kindly avoid activities that cause strong odour inside the room (smoking, incense sticks, etc.).

12. Visitors

  • Visitors are allowed only during designated timings in common areas.
  • Entry of visitors to rooms requires prior approval from management.

  • In case of fire or emergency, follow the evacuation plan displayed in the room.
  • Contact the reception immediately for any assistance.

15. Environmental Care

  • Kindly use water, electricity, and amenities responsibly.
  • Towels can be reused to support eco-friendly operations.

16. Lost & Found

  • Found items are kept safely for a limited period.
  • Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Reservation Policy

  • Booking will be confirmed only upon advance payment.
  • Guests must present valid government ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in
  • Additional charges (F&B, extra bed, damages) will be billed at check-out.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours before arrival with no charges.
  • Less than 48 hours: 1 night charge applies.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not arrive and does not inform the hotel, the entire booking will be charged.

5. Child Policy

  • Children below 6 years stay complimentary (no extra bed).
  • Extra bed charges apply for older children or adults.

6. Extra Bed Policy

  • Extra mattress/bed available on request at an additional cost.

PROPERTY RULES

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside the room.
  • Illegal activities, loud music, or parties are not allowed.
  • Management reserves the right to deny service to guests violating property rules.
